"excellent service from head and neck unit"

I visited the head and neck unit for an appointment with my 2 year old daughter. Everyone we met in the unit was friendly and professional, with non clinical staff giving us advice about where the childrens toys were, interacting with my daughter etc.

We arrived early for the appointment and were seen quickly, so we ended up leaving the hospital earlier than the scheduled appointment time.

At the actual appointment all the information I needed was given clearly, the surgeon explained her course of action and I was satisfied that everything had been done in the correct way.
