Dear Anonymous

Thank you for your comments about your recent surgery. I think most people feel anxious about having a surgical procedure but some surgeries seem to cause greater anxiety and I’m sorry to hear you felt so frightened.

Nonetheless it is very pleasing to hear that you found the staff were able to put you at ease from day 1 through to discharge.

We will forward your comments to the department lead to share with the rest of the staff as I’m sure they will appreciate your feedback.

We hope your recovery at home continues to go well and wish you all the best for the future.

Regards

Patient Experience Team
