I've been with this surgery now for a number of years and can honestly say the care I receive from the doctors and nurses is outstanding. They listen, take their time and don't just palm you off with a prescription. The downside to the surgery is having to deal with some of the reception staff. A few, not all I hasten to add, are unpleasant, snotty, sometimes even downright rude. They make you feel like an inconvenience. They quite often mess up prescription requests and then make you feel like it's your fault and you've just given them more work to do. Customer care training is most definitely needed. We wouldn't be at the doctors if we didn't need to be and however bad their day is going it's no excuse to make the patients feel like second class citizens!
