Just wanted to say thank you to the member of staff who works on Reception. She is so polite and makes a real effort to resolve queries which is much appreciated in a busy and probably over-subscribed surgery.
I have been a patient at many GP surgeries over the years and too many Receptionists have a "computer says no"/"that's not my job" attitude. So to deal with somebody who actually wants to help patients is very reassuring.
I wanted to contact the surgery directly to provide this feedback but i dont believe they have an email address.
