having only been in oncology outpatients recently I would admire the way all staff are courteous helpful and caring whilst under so much stress

Your post is wonderful to read and I am extremely pleased that you had such a pleasant experience whilst using our oncology outpatient service.
I have taken the liberty of sharing your words of support and encouragement with the business manager for oncology and asked that they are shared with the team. I know all the staff will be very pleased to know they delivered care that met your expectations.
