I was welcomed on time, treated in a friendly manner with the utmost respect while the nurses and doctor displayed their considerable skills and expertise. I was not surprised as my experience of NHS staff is that they are dedicated to helping their patients in a very professional but human way. All of the staff I encountered contributed to give me an excellent experience. They should be highly commended. Thank you very much.
