"Blood clinic opening times aren’t the same as..."

Tried to call this number as stated on here, as I always do on my regular blood clinic app’s, only to find when calling at 8 your lines are not open and are open 9-5, this is even more inconvient with working 9-5 and even the fact that it still states 8-12 on your website. Ridiculous!

Hello Katie

We are sorry that you find it inconvenient that our phone lines are open between 9 am and 5 pm.

Actual appointments can be booked from 07.00 hours to give people the opportunity to attend before going to work. The closure time of 15.00 hours is necessary as blood tests need to be transported to the acute hospitals for investigations to be carried out.

For blood tests please call 0330 123 9462 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm including bank holidays).

We can only apologise that you feel the opening times for the telephone lines are unsuitable.
