(as a service user),

My dog pulled me over resulting in concussion, a sare face and a sare arm. Husband called an ambulance. Ambulance staff and A&E staff at SJH were fabulous. Very caring and skilled. Got immediate attention from both ambulance and A&E. Our Scottish Health Service is a very valuable and precious service we should all fight to save. Many thanks to all involved today.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback on CareOpinion. I am so sorry to read about your injury and I so hope that you are on the road to a full recovery. A concussion is meant to be a horrible thing.

I am however very pleased to read about the care you received at the time from our staff and the staff from our Partners in NHS Lothian. The fact you were left with such a positive impression at such a distressing time speaks wonders about the attention you were shown.
