"Do not register cqc inspection well needed"

first of all you can never get through, always left on hold for 20 minutes plus!! Been seen by a doctor on 2 occasions and needed a referral and twice been refused!! As a practice mangager my self I know you can not refuse patient care, after having a diagnosis of a medical condition from a previous Gp I went to discuss treatment with a Gp at this practice and was told they would need to discuss referral and wait for my notes, my notes which they had not received after a year of being registered!! Why have these notes not been chased from the health authorities!! After a year of disputing this referral I have decided I will contact nhs England and take matters further!! My second complaint is I have recently been having breathing difficulties/ pros solve asthma.. after talking to the Gp on the phone I explained I was very worried and scared and could I come in, or please prescribe a pump. She told me we’ll swing as though it has been going on a while I would not die!! How terribly unprofessional and disgusting to say to a patient! Also notice a few health and safety issue. Sharps bins are not stored ubove the waste and pax testing is well over due!! Massive issues at this surgery not to mention exstrramly dirty!!
