"st marys care anyday!"

What I liked

St Marys had been a god send as i have an unusual condition with my womb in which previous hospitals had no idea what to do with me, st marys were brilliant and monitored me efficiently.

It's very clean and the waiting time wasn't too bad as there are billions of cafes and shops around and as the waiting areas are very central, you arent cooped up in a dark dingy space.

What could be improved

Receptionist- one in particular who always looks disgusted at you could be a hell of alot more friendly.

I felt i had been rushed through my care a little by antenatal care. I transferred around 20 weeks to st marys and ever since i found my midwife would refuse to discuss any kind of birthing or postnatal care with me until she knew where my placental site and baby's position which my doctor was satisfied with at the very late stage of 36 weeks. I had wanted a natural water birth however felt this was robbed from me since the minute a section was mentioned by the doctor. I've now been booked in for a section and my midwife was nowhere to be seen this day so had several caregivers popping in and out explaining several different things to me regarding the section. I feel almost rushed into this.
