I am not a regular, and if anything a little adverse to a visit - just if doctors in general. After a bout of flu I had to visit for a wellness note and the prescribing nurse recognised my aversion, and was both kind and made sure she built up my confidence when referring me to the doctor for a follow up. The investigation was very thorough and I felt very reassured. In May 2018 I was suffering from suicidal thoughts and walked myself into the DeParys branch. The receptionist was very discrete and professional and immediately arranged for me to speak to my own GP. With the help of him and the team at De Parys I am thankfully recovering and also feel confident about managing my health with their support. I am not sure where I would have been without them.
