What I liked
I am writing to express my gratitude to all the team on Ward 6A, nurses, HCA’s, physiotherapists, OT team, doctors and ancillary staff.
My father was a patient with you recently following a stroke and received excellent care and attention during that time. He told me how safe he felt in your care and was grateful for the kindness and understanding you showed towards him: which contributed to his speedy recover.
As a nurse myself I am acutely aware of the increasing pressures we all work under and all the staff I met on Ward 6A made me feel patients were their absolute priority at all times.
Keep up the excellent and professional teamwork and again thank you for helping my Dad.
