"Fantastic help at Emergency Department Friday"

just Wanted to say a HUGE thank you to the team in Emergency on Friday evening. I arrived in a distressed and confused state having suffered a fall and loss of consciousness. From the moment we arrived were treated with empathy and compassion. I want to particularly thank the receptionist who booked me in and looked after me whilst my husband parked the car he had left outside the front. She was BRILLIANT helped us and took account of the discomfort I was experiencing before the clinical team took over.

They were busy but treated me with care compassion and respect- thank you all. I left after several hours feeling well looked after significantly more stable and reassured by the suite of tests conducted thank goodness for our NHS!
