"Waiting for urologist to turn up"

About: Raigmore Hospital / Urology

(as a service user),

discharge from acute medical unit  indicated to be at late a.m.18/1/19 after urologist's say so. still waiting for  urologist to turn up at 17.30 so we left the ward feeling very angry and badly let down by the system. ----- .no apology offered by the urologist but ward staff were sympathetic and extremely embarrassed at our  frustrating wait
