"Very Grateful - wishing the Practice all the Best"

I was at the end of my tether with other practices in this locality when I registered this practice. They were called Good Health PMS at the time (summer 2018). From day 1 in initial appointment with HCA, I was treated well and listened to.

They have helped with issues that were previously ignored by former Practice (the former was openly uncaring and unprofessional).

Without the care and continuity from Riverside: I would not be here today. I would not have had the support/follow-up I need to continue with my work and life.

The cruel irony (prior to my registering with Riverside) is that I am a specialist Health Professional. Other Practitioners adjust their attitudes when they find out what I do for a living - yet in the Practice, I was just treated fairly and without discrimination. It would be my loss if I had to move house - as this Practice is a find!
