"10/10 Service. Would highly recommend."

I have been coming to this surgery since i was a baby and its just got better and better over the years. I remember before they moved to the Sparkbrook Health and Community Centre, the service was amazing, even considering they had such little space in the building they were in. The first come first serve system is a traditional way of making appointments but they should consider having a ticket system to make it more efficient for the patients.

The receptionists are really helpful and polite, which makes the process of booking appointments or answering patient queries easier.

The doctors are very professional and show a real interest in their patient’s issues and i hope it stays that way. Wish them all the best for the future.
