"Recent elective surgery at the Golden Jubilee"

Excellent care .Hospital well staffed and clean .Prior to the operation , the surgeon and anaesthetist introduced themselves to me and explained what was to happen .All staff that I met were motivated and helpful .The equipment was modern .

I stayed in the attached hotel the night before the operation .The hotel is lovely .

One minor improvement could be made to the administrative handling pre-op . I had been telephoned to see if I was happy to have the operation at the Golden Jubilee . I later received a leaflet about how to get to this hospital . It would be useful if a covering letter was attached to say that the appointment would be sent out at a later date .
