Waited 3weeks to have ECG and spirometry tests, which I have been worrying about, 2 days prior to appointment received 4text messages reminding me of appointment. Then 1hour before appointment received text to say appt changed or cancelled, no explanation why. Then rang surgery only to be told had to make new appointments, the earliest for one test was in 8days the other longer. I was very upset as these tests were important to me . I understand appts get cancelled but another appt should be within the next 48 hours you should not be put back in the system. This was not my fault I did not cancel the appt, there should be priority appts for these cases.
