"Good experience"

About: James Paget University Hospital

Had to go and have two more blood tests today to be sent to Addenbrooks Hospital for a further appointment fo February 8 th as I am quiet deaf I had to ask one of the nurses taking bloods that my number in line was 24 and when it gets near if she would make sure I heard by telling me I was next she was very nice and as soon as it was my turn took me to the cubicle and said just make yourself comply as I have got to find out which bottle have got to put it in to go to addenbrooks she was very reassuring as I was a little worried as had not had a good couple of days sorting this out with my surgery etc (another story) the nurse did my bloods a smile on her face and made it a lovely ?? experience thank you ??
