"Absolutely disgusting."

My partner has BPD (Borderline personality disorder) and we have just had a baby. Since the birth of our daughter her CPN has completely avoided her. Made numerous promises that she would ring up for a phone appointment and never has. We rang the duty team at Herrick house and they said they would TELL her to ring my partner and she never did. She rang her accidentally one day instead of ringing one of her other patients and still after two and a half weeks hasn’t made contact at all. My partner is now starting to suffer with post natal depression which is why we need her cpn to contact her ASAP and she just hasn’t. I’m absolutely disgusted with her care and I urge anyone who is under the care of herrick house to tread very carefully around this lot.
