The whole team at the Colonoscopy department were fantastic, really put me at ease and made the whole process as painless as they possibly could, ensuring my dignity at all times. Couldn’t help noticing how immaculate the place was as well.

We appreciate that attending for a colonoscopy can be an anxious time for people. It is reassuring that you felt you were put at ease during your time in the department. We try to ensure each person is treated well and dignity is respected during their time in the department.

Staff work hard to ensure the patient experience is as comfortable as we can. I will ensure your feedback is shared with the nursing team, medical staff and housekeeping.
