"Utterly disappointed"

About: Bridge House Medical Practice

Recently have had a UTI that couldnt be treated at the emergency section at the hospital and hence came to register and also at the same time make an appointment and was told to come back bring different kinds of documentation as I did not have exactly what they wanted. Went home to get it and came back witht he hope I could register. Suddenly that documentation was not accepted anymore. But they failed to give me the information as to what was needed as I do not have the conventional documents.

I was left standing in the rain, they said could go to another GP as they might take me in.

Failed at the basic stage: registration.
