"Poor service"

About: Family Practice

The reception staff are rude and arrogant. I have never seen the same doctor twice. The electronic prescription service rarely works, once it went to the wrong pharmacy.

I am concerned so much that I plan to contact the care quality commission regarding the lack of competence with respect of the staff.

As I write this I plan to chance practice ASAP.

We are very sorry that you had a poor experience whiles dealing with the receptionists. We have discussed this problem with all the staff particular looking the perceived behaviour of the staff by the patients when they seek help. All our staff have now gone through training on communications with the patients and hopefully they will not appear to be rude.
