(as the patient),

I had a mole removed from my right arm at the Forth Valley Hospital. All the staff were brilliant, they really put me at my ease, everything went exactly to time. I was told the procedure would take 30 minutes, true to their word it took just that long.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. It seems like we met your expectations and for that I am grateful.

Although we try to ensure everything goes as scheduled, occasionally things take longer than expected and our clinics over run. It is good that didn't happen to you.

Hopefully everything is continuing as planned and you are healing well.
