Thank you for taking the time to leave us such lovely feedback about your recent episode of care in the Emergency Department at Eastbourne District General Hospital; we really appreciate it. First and foremost, we very much hope your recovery is going well, and that you are not in too much pain or discomfort. Please ensure you take care and get plenty of rest.

The Trust works very hard to provide all patients with a high standard of care, particularly in environments such as our Emergency Departments where the care provided can make all the difference between life and death, and we are delighted to read you had such a good experience. It is also assuring for us to read you were seen and treated in a timely manner and that the principles in treatment of kindness, compassion, dignity and respect were evident from start to end. The staff in our Emergency Departments regularly handle high volumes of patients presenting with a wide range of illnesses and injuries, and they will be absolutely thrilled to read your comments.
