About: Hertford County Hospital

My husband had an appointment Feb. 2017, saw a consultant and was given a prescription of cream. The consultant told us he would see him again within three months. Because we did not hear anything for six months I contacted the hospital, they did not have any available appointments? I continued contacting the hospital with no joy whatsoever. We were then given an appointment in June 2018! when we were going on holiday. I ad to cancel the appointment and was told there was not any available appointments until Oct 2018. It is now January 2019 and we are still waiting?

Thank you for your review - we're sorry to hear about the wait for a dermatology appointment. If you or your husband haven't done so already, we would encourage you to get in touch with our patient advice and liaison service (PALS), as they are best placed to deal with any appointment related issues. Their details are available on our website: https://www.enherts-tr.nhs.uk/patients-visitors/advice-and-support/pals/

As we do with all of our reviews, we'll make sure yours reaches our senior management team.
