As parents we were placed at ease by the consultant's verbal and non - verbal communication conveyed in an optimistic, professional and specialised manner provide us with the assurance we were looking for.The after care service provided by checking in on my daughter twice within 24 hours was sincere, extraordinary yet remarkable.
