"Difficult to get to the Willows without a car"

I would like to write about my experience at the Willows but I never got there. There was no bus there or back in time for my appointment and the clinic staff didn't seem interested in helping at all. I note that previous posters who have written about the same problem have had no response to their problems.

I have been left with no treatment at all as I find this clinic almost inaccessible as I do not have a car.

I cannot understand why the decision was taken to put this clinic where it now is with, in my opinion, a very ,very poor transport system. To me it seems mad!
