Ward 3, 17th Dec 2028.
The process to discharge patients needs complete overhaul, I am told my medication has been on the ward since 16.30, it is now 1740 and the food distribution to patients has to be completed. I have been asking for a senior member of staff to talk to for 60 mins however “she is too busy” we will have to pay for additional parking when this is completely unnecessary if the discharge could and should be better coordinated between departments? Happy to discuss further, Gary Sheriff
