"Blood Test"

I have a massive phobia about having blood tests. It's a combination of the fear of needles and the fact I have had some bad experiences in the past at other hospitals. The main issue is that I have very small veins and taking blood has always been difficult.

I attended Harold Wood Polyclinic on 17th January 2019 and the lady who did my blood test was absolutely superb. She was extremely helpful, polite and professional and did not rush me out the door when I felt faint. She ensured I was fully ok before letting me leave the hospital and even walked with me to the front door to ensure I was not impacted by the fresh air when I opened it. I cannot speak highly enough of this nurse.
