"Bowel screening service"

About: Chichester Treatment Centre / Colorectal surgery

(as a service user),

I have had a very good experience. I was called for routine bowel screening and everyone who I met introduced themselves and was very kind and caring. When they found something of concern the nurse explained everything to me. In consultation with the medics they brought me back 2 weeks later and removed the cause for concern. I can’t highly recommend the people and the way this service runs. Second to none. Well done everyone who works in the endoscopy suite you made what could have been a very embarrassing intervention x 2 bearable and treated me as a person by explaining everything as we went along. ? I felt in very good hands at all times.

Thank you so much for your kind words, which we will pass onto the team - it will mean a lot to them.

Very best wishes,
