"Would not recommend"

I stayed here 4 years ago and couldn't praise it enough. But boy, has it gone downhill.

have had two surgeries in the last year, first time there were issues, this time it has been appalling. Sat in room after arriving for 2 hours, without seeing a nurse to check me in. Then all rushed as theatre were ready for me. Nurse rude and Insulting. Day of surgery was made to feel very stressed and ended up very upset. Thank goodness for the lovely night nurse who was so comforting and supportive. Pity the rest of the staff weren't like that. I would not recommend this hopotal at all, after 2 awful stays here.
