About: Dr Dp Shah's Practice

I have been with this surgery around 20 odd yrs, 1 of the receptionist can be quiet rude at times which made me not want to attend the surgery but I have mainly dealt with all the other receptionists after that occasion all other receptionists are very good, surgery is much better now since one particular doctor, a lovely lady.

Arrived, I feel I have had the best possible attention and care from this Dr, one in a million, I will always attend appointments with this Dr because she cares about you and will do her best best for you and I do hope you Dr, see this as a big compliment because you deserve this and more so a big we’ll done.

I must say that I like the new app when booking appointments and ordering repeat prescriptions...

I am sorry that you find one receptionist rude.

I am so happy to hear that you are happy with all of the other staff.

All of our staff try very hard to help all of our patients.

Your comments about the doctor will be passed on as we share all information received via NHS choices with all staff.

It truly makes staff feel appreciated when patients take the time and effort to compliment them
