Ive had some symptoms which really worried me so i wanted to make an appointment. Called the reception and they said they will get a doctor to call me at 10, called them back at 11 as i never received a call from the doctor, they they said a doctor will call me at 13 .. never happened so i called them again this time i explained what my syptoms were. They managed to book me in at 5pm , just before i got there doctor called me so i explained again what was going on. When i got there there was a male doctor which made me feel very embarrassed and he literally told me exactly the same thing as the doctor over the phone and he couldn't do nothing because he said hes a doctor and i need to book an appointment with a nurse (ive already told receptionist what my syptoms were so she should know if i should be seen by a doctor or a nurse). Came back the next day and the nurse said she doesnt have the correct swab and she needed to order it, when i explaied to her about how i feel and that i would like her to see whats going on she said shes just a nurse and cant do nothing. I have to come back tomorrow to get my blood tested. 3 times in a row going to gp is defiantly not what ive expected. There's so many people that have bigger problems and it just seems like im taking someone else's spot. Its not fair on me or other people.
Receptionists dont have a clue who to book an appointment with, doctor doesnt know what nurse does, nurse "is just a nurse" and dont have the right stuff on site. What sort of surgery is it ?
"Staff don't know what they are doing !"
