Hi There

My sister was in ward 21 in Monklands general Hospital for a week in January.

I would just like to thank all the staff  for the care and attention she received in her last days.I would like to give a special mention to Joanne, Pauline, Ashley, Caitlin and Professor Barbour for all the hard work they did under severe staff shortages.

The professionalism and dedication of these people is beyond praise.

Dear uddyman,

Thank you for taking the time to feedback about you and your Sisters experience of care in Ward 21. I will personally thank the girls, Prof Barbour and the team. It would be really helpful to understand your feedback regarding 'severe staff shortages' to help me and the team fully understand why that was the perception of the ward area during your Sisters time with us, and if any changes are required.
