My mother was admitted to Jubilee ward in November 2018 and had many health challenges and problems. the staff from the auxiliary nursing staff to the nurses, sisters and doctors have given a service and level of care that I will be forever grateful. in December my father was also admitted to hospital and with some help the staff on Cashes Green ward managed to get them onto the same ward. Again I cannot thank the staff at the hospital for the compassion and care, not to mention the high level of nursing care given to both my parents. it is hard watching both parents struggling with life's challenges as you entre the last chapter, but the empathy and the compassion shown by the staff is truly remarkable. I cannot begin to thank every single member of staff that have cared for my parents I ow each and every one of them a tremendous debt of gratitude. it is considered that the NHS is stretched and staffing is difficult, but in my opinion the quality of care shown to my family has been second to none and something not only I, but my parents and family will be forever grateful.
"Forever in your debt!"
