"Excellent attention"

I was at Gate 12 and Gate 18.

it is very rarely these days that you feel you just must leave a review as soon as you return home.

Today I was lucky enough to put myself in the hands of the caring and capable hands of the Southmead Staff.

From porters to Consultants everyone I met made me feel ike a special and real person.

I was having to move to different departments during my visit, seeing many different people.

What a joy each and everyone of them were.

Thank you to all you wonderful people at Southmead you feel like a truly professional team that works perfectly and effortlessly, or that’s how it seemed to me today.
