What I liked

my son has been treated here since the day he was born, he's now 6, the staff are amazing, the hospital is very clean and the technology is upto date. they specialise in certain areas and have patients from all over the north east.

Anything else?

I have only had 1 problem and that was I had money stolen from my purse when i took my son to the play room for 5 minutes

The Directorate Management Team is extremely pleased and gratified by the positive comments received, notably with regard to the high standard of cleanliness of our hospital, which we strive to maintain  at all times.

It is very regrettable to hear that money was stolen from your purse. Without further details of the incident it is difficult to know if this was reported and investigated at the time.
