From personal experience of being both a patient & a visitor, I can only state that the care, attention, friendliness & professionalism of all the staff with  whom I have came into contact  has been exemplary. Kindness & genuine caring has been extended to myself on numerous occasions & often with a "banter" that goes a long way to lessen any anxiety or nervousness. So, in summary, I would say to anyone about to visit FVRH - don't worry, you'll be in safe hands.

It really is lovely to ready your story, thank you taking the time to tell it. We really are lucky to have such a great team of hard working and dedicated staff.

I am very privileged to work with such great staff and feel extremely proud to hear such lovely feedback, it is important for us when people are accessing healthcare they are give the highest standard of person centred care. I have shared your feedback to many people across NHS Forth Valley.
