After having been kept waiting by the receptionist who spent so much time talking to randoms that I was rendered five minutes late I was peremptorily ordered to a waiting area. After waiting 35 minutes past my appointment time and having seen people who came in after me attended to and, discovering I was now the only person left in the waiting room, I gave up and left. This is not the first time this has happened. An afternoon appointment could be responsible for delays but 10:40 in the morning?!!! Come on!
