About: Northwick Park Hospital

Have to say the reception staff are ridiculous, they are hardly there in theatre admissions and then at times found in the actual wards chatting to patients in recovery wards about gossip...There seems to be no manager and if there is one they should be fired a long time ago...appalling, the admin staff have no idea what their job is. Appointments team dont send letters out and then cancel when they feel like it and often dont check patient details on file to follow instruction of the acting surgeon. This hospital is so badly run by so called 'management' it ruins the esteem of many good surgeons present. Someone needs to investigate this hospital for mis management, NHS deserves better than middle management and inept admin staff.

Also dont bother making a complaint via 'pals' as their phone number just rings and they dont have staff that answer phone, also they can take up 2/3rds of a year to even respond to your complaint, of which you could find they have no specifics on any 'investigation' they claim they have made
