"Shocking surgery."

Have been a patient at this “surgery” for many years & registered my daughter last year when she was born to be seen here.

Absotetly shocking services by the reception staff, I wasn’t aware that they are now medically trained to say if you need an appointment or not! Past 3 occasions where I’ve rang up to get my daughter seen to I’ve been refused an appointment & told I will have to ring back at 8am the following (this is what I’ve been doing all day but nobody seems to answer the phone?) have waited over 30 minutes for someone to actually pick up the phone to then be greeted with rude, ignorant & saracastic receptionists.

On December 20th I tried ALL DAY ringing the surgery but again phone was just ringing out because nobody clearly could hear the phone? I desperately needed a doctor to see my 10 month old daughter as she was poorly & needed medical attention. I ended up ringing 111 who told me that she needed to be seen to within the hour by my gp, so after ringing the surgery continuously again & finally managed to get through at 5.25pm! I was greeted to a rude member who said she can’t give me an appointment as she doesn’t have any & if she’s that poorly I should go to the walk in centre, even though I was instructed by 111 that she needed to be seen to immediately at the doctors.

By this time of trying to get an appointment my daughter had deteriorated & her temperature had risen to 40 where we ended up getting taken to hospital by ambulance because of how poorly she was even though I stated this on the phone to the receptionist.

And again today at 8am this morning ringing to get my daughter to be seen to as she has problems with her bowel movements & has been in screaming in pain the past 24 hours with it trying to soil, where yet again can’t be seen & have to ring back in the morning to try again.

Over the past years of being a patient here I’ve never had such shocking services with reception members who show lack of respect & obviously think they know it all.

This surgery is really going down hill & myself & my daughter will not be returning to this surgery.
