"A wicked keyworker"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I cannot read or write but these are my words.  Souad is a wicked keyworker.  She cares when none else does, she gets where I'm coming from, she does not judge or disrespect me.  Even on my worst days she does not take any **** and is not interested in us giving her any excuses we think she wants to hear.
