"Humbled and reassured"

About: University Hospital Ayr / Accident & Emergency University Hospital Ayr / Combined Assessment Unit (CAU) University Hospital Ayr / Respiratory Medicine

(as a relative),

My mum was very ill when she arrived at Ayr Emergency Department on 30th December.

The nurse and Doctor Beth were very caring and professional to my mum and I cannot thank them enough for their care and attention.

My mum was then transfered  to the CAU and then on to station 8 with pneumonia and stayed in for 5 days.

The nursing staff in the orange area of CAU were also amazing and so caring to my mum and to our family .

Made us feel so humbled and  reassured knowing mum was being cared for so well just wanted to let them know how much we appreciated such a fantastic nursing and medical team.
