(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I'm currently a service user at the ORB.  I'm writing this letter because my key worker Souad goes above and beyond every time what I expect from her as a keyworker.

She assists me with all my problems.  Manages my core plans to the best of her ability down to the smallest detail.  I would recommend her as well as the service to anyone wanting recovery with ORB.  Souad has made an outstanding difference to my life in many ways.  I now feel confident there is a life out there for me without the use of drugs because Souad helped me to reach these goals.

Thanks for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback. It is fantastic to hear you feel that Souad goes over and beyond to meet your needs. It is great to how motivated you have become to make some changes and reach your goals. I will ensure she receives your feedback.


It is always positive when service users say they would suggest to others to use our service, this tells me we are doing most things right.
