"Pleased with my visit to Sentinel ENT"

(as the patient),

We arrived on time and were seen on time. After looking at both my ears Dr Doyle decided to clean them out as they were full of debris. Whilst I found this uncomfortable and painful at times, Dr Doyle and his nurse were both very careful and reassuring, which was much appreciated by me. He told me what he was going to do and why, beforehand, and this also I appreciated.

There was no rush about anything and although I took the rest of the day easy to let the discomfort settle, I am well pleased with the outcome of my visit and would recommend him and the nurse to anyone with a similar problem. Thank you.
