"A good experience with Sentinel ENT"

About: Livewell South West Sentinel Healthcare Southwest Community Interest Company / Ear, nose and throat service

(as the patient),

From arrival in the main hall reception to checking with the Sentinel desk, the staff were all courteous, friendly and informative. Waiting time was minimal.

Doctor Doyle and his HC assistant were receptive and immediately made me feel at ease. Any anxiety I may have felt quickly disappeared, and I felt relaxed and comfortable. Interpersonal skills of all staff I interacted with were top notch.

Two tiny gripes:

1. Car parking at Mount Gould is inadequate, both on site and on adjoining roads.

2. There seemed to be a proliferation of staff toing and froing with kettles in the public areas.

A good experience!

We are glad to hear you felt at ease and relaxed by the treatment you received from the service.

We understand how frustrating the parking issues on the Mount Gould site can be for both patients and staff, your comments have been shared with our Operations Support Manager who will look into improvements which could be made to further imrpove the overall service we provide.
