My son was admitted to A and E this afternoon , and just wanted to say that the staff both Drs and Nurses were very welcoming , caring, informative and he was treated as if we were the only ones there , the Doctor was very helpful explaining things in great detail and made sure all was well until we left , great service , thank you all that were involved .

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide us with this lovely feedback. I will share it with the A&E team at County who I know will be thrilled to receive it. Feedback like yours really does provide a boost for the morale of our staff who often work in very difficult circumstances.
