The best bits were when I had a visit from the team, they suggested bannister rails up my stairs its been absolutely fantastic since they have been installed . I feel I am flying up and down, but the bath seat I feel will have to go back as I cannot wash my back properly as I cannot lie down in the water.
But it's lovely to go up and down the stairs, I am doing my exercises as well, I will have to have a stick in the future but I am so glad I let my head overlook my pride and got help.
