My mum had an appointment with the gynaecology doctor last week. Unfortunately her GP didn't book an interpreter for that day and nurse told she might not be able to be seen. Fortunately very nice receptionist who worked there explained everything to my very stressed mum. Eventually nurse and doctor managed to telephone interpreter service but during the appointment the phone broke down or there was some kind of a problem and the nurse asked receptionist if she could help so mum didn't have to wait any longer or to come back on another day, she already waited long time for that appointment . My mum said that the girl was very nice and was happy to help. She explained everything and even wrote down in polish all the informations about the next physiotherapy appointment. Mum was very stressed and nervous on that day , her english isn't very good but receptionist ,doctor and nurse was very kind and helpful.
